It's literally just D A Bm G throughout the whole song, I think! It works acoustically. :)
D A Bm G x2
D A
Started out like, in the movies
       Bm G
But it ended, like a bad dream
        D A
Curtain opened, heard the crowd roar
            Bm G
This ones a repeat, seen it before
D A Bm
Rewind to the start before it all went wrong
            G
Whats going on?
D A Bm
Fast forward to the end, after everyone's gone home
G
And they've forgotten it all
D A
This ain't a movie that I wanna see
Bm G
A tragic story, starring you and me
D A Bm
Yell cut we're stuck inside this scene
        G
This is heartache on the big screen
D A
The clock is ticking, and I'm out of time
Bm G
The camera's rolling, and I've forgot my lines
D A Bm
My script is ripped and now I see
        G
This is heartache on the big screen
D A Bm
        G
This is heartache on the big screen
        D A
Curtain closes, oh that's cliche
       Bm G
Like a story, of a bad day
        D A
Back to square one, where I started
     Bm G
As I stand here, broken-hearted
D A Bm
Fast forward to the end, after everyone's gone home
G
And they've forgotten it all
D A
This ain't a movie that I wanna see
Bm G
A tragic story, starring you and me
D A Bm
Yell cut we're stuck inside this scene
        G
This is heartache on the big screen
D A
The clock is ticking, and I'm out of time
Bm G
The camera's rolling, and I've forgot my lines
D A Bm
My script is ripped and now I see
        G
This is heartache on the big screen

   D A
If Hollywood could see me now
Bm G
I've got this starring roll
D A Bm G
But they won't so I'll just keep on acting a fool
D A
This ain't a movie that I wanna see
Bm G
A tragic story, starring you and me
D A Bm
Yell cut we're stuck inside this scene
G
Yeah!
D A
The clock is ticking, and I'm out of time
Bm G
The camera's rolling, and I've forgot my lines
D A Bm
My script is ripped and now I see
        G
This is heartache on the big screen
