TIPS PENCARIAN LIRIK FAVORIT ANDA

ANDA MENGETAHUI JUDUL DAN NAMA PENYANYI

  • Ketikkan nama penyanyi dan judul lagu, berikan tanda kutip di judul lagu, misal: Yovie "Menjaga Hati";

ANDA TAK MENGETAHUI JUDUL LAGU, TAPI MENGETAHUI NAMA PENYANYI

ANDA TAK MENGETAHUI JUDUL LAGU, TAPI MENGETAHUI SYAIR

  • Ketikkan penggalan syair yang Anda ketahui, misal:
    Tanpamu tiada berarti
    Tak mampu lagi berdiri
    Cahaya kasihmu menuntunku
    Kembali dalam dekapan tanganmu
  • Masukkan kata-kata penting. Misal: tiada berarti berdiri cahaya dekapan.
  • Hindari kata-kata yang berkemungkinan memiliki ada dua versi atau lebih. Misal: tanpamu dapat ditulis tanpa mu.

PATCHESClarence Carter
SPOKEN:I was born and raised down in AlabamaOn a farm way back up in the woodsI was so ragged the kids would call me patchesPapa used to kid me about itOf course deep down insideHe was thinkin he had done all he could doMy papa was a great old manI can see him with a shovel in his handSee, education he never hadBut he did wonders when the time got badA little money from the crops he raisedBarely paid the bills we madeOh life had kicked him down to the plowWhen he tried to get up life would kick him back downOne day papa called me to his dyin bedPut his hands on my shoulders And in tears he saidPatches, I'm depending on you sonTo pull the family through My son, it's all left up to you
SPOKEN:Two days later papa passed awayI became a man that daySo I told mama I was gonna quit schoolBut she said that was dad's strictest ruleSo every morning 'fore I went to schoolI fed the chickens and I chopped wood tooSometimes I felt that I couldn't go onI wanted to leave this but I wanted a homeBut I always remembered what my daddy saidWith tears in his eyes on his dyin bedHe said, "Patches, I'm depending on you sonI tried to do my best, It's up to you to do the rest
SPOKEN:But then one day a strong rain cameAnd washed all the crops awayAnd at the age of thirteen I thought I was carryingThe weight of the whole world on my shouldersAnd you know, mama knew what I was going through, CauseEveryday I had to work the fieldsCause that's the only way we got our mealsYou see, I was the oldest of a familyAnd everybody else depended on meEvery night I heard my mama prayLord, give him the strength to face another dayThough years have passed and all the kids are goneI aimed to take my mama to a brand new homeGod knows people that I shed a tearMy daddy's voice helped me through the years
