ANDA TAK MENGETAHUI JUDUL LAGU, TAPI MENGETAHUI SYAIR

  • Ketikkan penggalan syair yang Anda ketahui, misal:
    Tanpamu tiada berarti
    Tak mampu lagi berdiri
    Cahaya kasihmu menuntunku
    Kembali dalam dekapan tanganmu
  • Masukkan kata-kata penting. Misal: tiada berarti berdiri cahaya dekapan.
  • Hindari kata-kata yang berkemungkinan memiliki ada dua versi atau lebih. Misal: tanpamu dapat ditulis tanpa mu.

Well it's Saturday night in New JerseyAnd you're feeling kinda wetNow the summer heat is getting you worriedSo you try to look as innocent as you can as you sweatAnd you've got a woman on the other side of the lawBut it ain't cool to go see her yetBecause her ex-old man's a city copWho thinks he's auditioning for DragnetSo you stand on the corner looking kinda tornAnd in the Blue Light LoungeWhere death was bornThe jazz musician blows his horn
You pop a letter to your baby in Richmond'Cause you're feeling pretty downShe's kinda small but at least she's a rich oneOh, and she needs you real badAnd sometimes that's all that countsYou had a teenage band and flying handsAnd oh, you was pretty big, you were pretty big in theSouthBut you passed out on stage and flew into a rageAnd someone tried to revive youmouth to mouthYou felt a pain in your chestAs you passed the crownAnd in the Blue Light LoungeThe lights went downAnd the audience slipped silently out of town
Well now the atheist he burns you for laughing out loudBecause he can't understand what you're sayingAnd the word's out when they pushed him in the holeEverybody knows that he went out prayingOh, now the park is dark but the sidewalk's brightAnd alive with the light of the livingOh and mama can I walk you home tonight'Cause it's a big bad cityAnd this boy's got a lot for the givingI'm stranded in the jungleFirst stage witness at a company killingI'm clutching my high school diploma, shuffling my feetPromised sixty bucks a weekAnd guaranteed top billingWell you can live a life of love in New YorkOnly if you don't, if you don't love livingAnd I met this taxi driver who drives me around townTelling tales of his back seat women
And out on the corner there's no room to move'Cause everybody's trying so hard to grooveAnd in the Blue Light LoungeThe jazz musician plays his blues
